As a member of JOYBCI, Jane has successfully developed and implemented toilet training to numerous learners. She is also experienced in assessing and developing learning programs for young learners as well as school-aged learners requiring social skills training. In addition, Jane is trained in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and training parents and school staff in the implementation of these plans.

Callum began working in the special education field in 2012 and has fulfilled a number of roles including being a behaviour interventionist, team lead, education assistant, college instructor, and practicum coordinator.
With years of experience with private and public schools within Vancouver, Callum is able to bring his knowledge of the education system to support families across the Lower Mainland. He is a big proponent of both enriching the environments of clients and teaching them the skills they need to reach personal and family goals.
In his personal time, Callum loves to go biking, hiking, and swimming. He also attends recreational judo where he has the opportunity to both learn and teach the art.
